We understand that occasionally, circumstances arise that may require you to return a Fibo product. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you. Please review our return policy guidelines below:
1. Return Eligibility
Products eligible for return must be in new, unused, original and unopened packaging condition. The original packaging and all accessories must be included. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return, unless they are found to be defective.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 15 days, all sales are considered final.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Provide the original proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation email. Follow the retailer's specific return instructions and guidelines.
4. Refund and Exchange
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with the retailer's policies. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide a replacement or refund.
7. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
